One of the great WordPress plug-ins that I use is the Syntax Highlighter.

It’s based around Alex’s Syntax Highlighter javascript.

The syntaxes I use frequently include:

bash, css, php, text, & xml.

The last one includes html formatting which I use more often than xml.
